Question: I have Anemia!. I have been fainting since the age of 18 (I'm now 24) and noone knows why!.!?
The first time I fainted, I was standing by my car and talking to my brother who was working on my car, under the hood!. Next thing I knew, I was losing my sight and my brother asked me what was wrong and I had no idea what he was talking about!. Then I fell to the ground! It comes and goes like that!. No matter if I'm outside or inside sitting down!. I just faint and within three minutes I'm back up like nothing happened!. I don't know what it could be!. I've been on iron pills, eat well and do everything the doctors have told me to do!. I've even had an open MRI, EEG or EGG or whatever it's called, and other exams and tests done on me!. Not one doctor so far has found anything! Help!
I have a 5 month old little girl and I stay alone!. I'm afraid one day I could be walking in the kitchen and faint with her in my arms and can do nothing to stop it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat A LOT of protein, that's what my doctor told me, because i do the same thing also, drink a lot of water because being dehydrated along with Anemia is really bad together and is deff a major part of what causes you too faintWww@Answer-Health@Com

That must be pretty scary!. Do you still have anemia despite taking the iron pills!? If so, I think there are drugs that promote formation of red blood cells -- talk to your doc!. Do these fainting spells correspond to anything (i!.e!., been awhile sense you last ate, you just stood up, etc)!. Do they happen more at one time of day or another!? Only when standing!? Try to find a pattern !.!.!. this will help the docs figure out what is going on!.

Do you get enough warning before you faint so that you can sit down!? If not, maybe you should wear protective head gear!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
