Question: I NEED IMIDIATE HELP! Why is it bad to sit after you run!?
I NEED THIS ANSWER RIGHT NOW! I HAVE TO GIVE A REPORT ABOUT IT TODAY IN PE AND I AM FREAKING OUT!!!! I HAVENT EVEN STARTED! Okay so why is it bad to sit after you run!?

when you run, your body produces lactic acid on your muscles!. if you sit down immediately, the lactic acid will cool down too fast and harden on your muscles!. this is what makes you sore when you work out, and it's worse if you sit right after running!. it's best to walk and stretch a bit so the lactic acid won't build up too much!.

when you run all you blood and blood cell start moving!. when immeditly stop and rest, they can't stop moving as fast as you!. so they all jumble up and mix in wrong orders!.


some stick to your muscels making it hard to use your muscels properly!.


they do fix them selves but those that don't go to the heart!. it increases a heart attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
