Question: BAD BACK!? Have you ever tried "Negative Heel Ergonomic" shoes!?
Do they work!? How much did you pay for them!?
My daughter just got some and swears they made her back quit hurting!.

First off, find out WHY you have a bad back!
In most cases, it may be a set of weak stomach muscles and if you do sit ups, you can strenghten these muscles and stop the back aches!.
My Chiropractor tells me to lay in bed, grab my knees and bring them to my chest for 15 seconds, then, move them to one side for another 15 seconds and after that, to the other side for another 15 seconds!. All the while, keeping your back flat on the bed!.
I has helped me tremendously, and I have a deterriorating disc in the small of my back, but, now its so bad that I need medication to avert the pain!.
I suggest going to a chiropractor!. If you do, and he doesnt x-ray you first, then RUN! You need one that will twist and bend you into position, (that little thumper that they use, doesnt work for the time you waste on the table)!.
