Question: I'm starting to get sick! What can I do to nip this cold in the bud!?!?!?
I have a very sore throat which 99% of the time means I am already sick, the other symptoms just havn't presented themselves yet!. Scratch that!. I just sneezed!.

Cold and flu tablets will get rid of symptoms but not the disease!.
Really, the best choice is to take some of these medicines then get into bed and sleep!. This usually stops me from getting sick!. Eat from fresh fruit, maybe a spoon full of honey, but rest really makes the big difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing, it will run it's course all you can do is ease the symptoms, to a degree, honey drinks, painkillers, chicken soup etc!. !Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink a pint of southern comfort mixed with hot tea go to bed cover up good and you will geel better next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
