How do health risks from using the computer compare to alcohol and such?!


Question: How do health risks from using the computer compare to alcohol and such!?
How does using your computer a lot (assume 8 hours a day, which is a lot, even for me) compare to drug use, alcohol, cigarettes and such!? Is it rather healthy or rather dangerous!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

none of them are healthy!. but if someone told me to i had to use a computer for 8 hours a day, everyday, or smoke and drink!.!.!. i would use the computer!.

but if you or anyone in your family has health conditions, then you may have inherited them and may feel dizzy, headaches, eyestrain, RSI etc!.!.!. when using a computer for a long period of time!.

it can only be dangerous if you do not sit in a the proper way or use the mouse/keys right (which can lead to pain in the hands or neck) or if you look at the monitor at a resolution that is not right and have to stare at it (which then creates problems with vision)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i owned a computer since 9 and been playing it over the past 15 years!. nothing wrong man!. just make sure u lower down the screen brightness!. and play less in the darkWww@Answer-Health@Com
