Feet becoming swollen?!

Question: Feet becoming swollen!?

O!.k!. I've been drinking alot of iced tea lately!. Also I ate alot of salt today but I always everyday!.!. I'm also NOT pregnant so that's not it!.!. It was really hot today!.!. Why would my feet become swollen!? There usually fairly thin and now there big and I can feel the difference when I'm standing up!.!.!.

Could it be a bad sign!?

My feet usually swell up when it gets hot!.!.!. and they feel HUGE when I'm standing up!. I usually feel it so much more when I eat a considerable amount of salt!.

!.!.!. I usually drink a good amount of water and it helps it go away!. I think it has to do with my low tolerance for heat!.!.!. I dehydrate easily!.!.!. and the salt doesn't help much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
