The pill...please help?!

Question: The pill!.!.!.please help!?
I started this pill this month, and i am now on my first 7 day break, however since taking the pill, which i took on the first day of my period as advised, i have been bleeding continuously!. I have now been on my period for 25 days, which is concerning me, and quite frankly is inconvenient and i would have not considered taking it at this time if i knew this could happen!. Is this normal!? How long could this go on for!? i am aware that my body needs to get used to the hormones, however i have had friend on the same pill who have not had any problem like this!. I am unsure about what to do, as i am due to start my second packet of pills on monday, and i dont know if i will have stopped bleeding by then!?! I was just going to wait till i stopped bleeding before i start the second pack, as i am worried that the hormone levels will again make my period continue for even longer and i will be trapped in a cycle of always being on my period!! lol!. any advice would be greatly appreciated as i am very confused!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Its not that normal your prescription might not be strong enough!. Each pill is designed for each person!. This happened to me and it took 3 separate prescriptions to figure out which one was right for me!. Call your doctor and let him know you are bleeding thru it he will give you a stronger prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your OB/GYN should answer this question, don't stop taking the pills, until you talk to the doctor that prescribed it, read the insert that came with the pills, or google it or something, it will tell you possible side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

STOP taking them at all!. You are not doing your health any good!. Take advice from a physician of good conscience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't start and stop the pill!. Be consistent or your body will NEVER get used to the hormones!. You can't go by your friend's experience b/c even though the pill is the same one, everyone's body reacts differently!.

Call your doctor's office!. Try to talk to your doc, or a nurse he works with!.

It's normal for things to be a little screwy at first, but the *should* even out!. Your doctor will give you a time (by next week, next month, etc!.) and if it's not normal yet, he'll figure something out for ya!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
