Foods today contain ingredients that actually make you hungry and leave you less satisfied!.
Avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup (very bad) and partially hydrogenated anything!.

You're probably still growing!. And if you're athletic, there's a reason too!.
However, you should realize sometimes you'll think you're hungry when you're actually thirsty!. Try eating foods that have more protien or fiber!.
Oatmeal has been said to "stick to your ribs"!.
When you have a craving for something, or are missing nutrients, you may eat like mad, too, because your body is searching for what it wants!. Try drinking 8 ounces of water and a multivitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you really always hungry physically!? or is it a mental thing!. I have a problem with eating when I am not even hungry!. It's an emotional thing!. I eat when bored, depressed or angry when not even physically being hungry!. You could be having some depression issues if you aren't actually physically hungry but if you are REALLY hungry I wish I could answer you better!. I know how you feel though!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are growing, it may just be that you need extra food to keep yourself going!. How old are you!? Have you gone through puberty or is it over!? Answer these questions, and if you haven't, thenit is normal!. If you are done growing, just eat healthy alternataves until you can see a doctor if you have to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By doing other things to fill your time!. Also, check your water intake!. Are you drinking enough water!? Some times, thirst can be mistaken for hunger!. It's not always the dry mouth like most people think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to see your doctor (a general dr!. or internal medicine dr!. will do)!. It might be a problem with your thyroid, maybe you're not getting enough iron!. It could be something simple that is easy to remedy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
