Did you take biology in school ever!? The belly button is the remainder of where the umbilical cord was attached to you from where it went out and connected to your mother when she was expecting you!. It was the way you ate and breathed through during your gestation period !. Your navel (belly button) has nothing to do with your glutious maximus (bum) to be honest!.

it not possible to unscrew your navel its simply a fold of skin left over from your umbilical chord!. and your bum is made up of over a dozen different muscles that are all very well fixed!. without your bum you would not be able to walk!!

My dear sweet child, the belly button is the leftovers of your umbilical cord - the cord that food and nutrients passed through when you were inside your mother!. Nothing more than a flap of skin!. It has absolutely **** all to do with your backside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actually, when you unscrew your belly button, your 'feet' start to get 'loose' and then you may be walking backwards when you want to walk forward! You may be turned around and not know which way your heading, so I would 'screw' that puppy back in tight!!
