Question: How can you stop pesitant nail biting!?
HELp! I have a big event that my mom wants my too get a manicure for in 2 weeks!. My fingernails are ouny I have bit them so low that they bleed!. I have tried persitence, bad tasting polish, rubber bands!. EVERYTHING!. any advice!.!.fast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find some fresh aloe in your market!. Peel it and slice thin pieces on gauze or cheese and wrap it around your fingers, after 5 minutes or so remove the aloe but do not wash your hands, suck your fingers and I promise you that you should be repelled enough to stop!. If that does not work, you are on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well what i did was compared my disgusting nails to the other peoples around me, and i just stopped! i thought i would look better with long nails plus it hurts to bite them, oh and you can bite your toe nails if you have to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to bite my nails like crazy!. Then my cousin put acrylics on me and I haven't bitten them since!. And it's been many many years LOL
