I'm sick and have lost my voice, what caused this?!

Question: I'm sick and have lost my voice, what caused this!?

Every morning I can't talk, all I get is a very very faint squeek!. Basically nothing!.

Maybe that slight voice!.

But it fades later in the morning, but everyday I have a croaky weak voice and I cannot make a high voice!.
Like if a mate of mine and I are messing around (funny voices) I can't do it, all that happens is nothing!. It feels like my throat blocks when I try!.

Like if I tried screaming, nothing comes out except a slight squeal!.

1) Where does this come from,!.

Try going to sleep at an early time and get a full night's rest it will do wonders!. BTW cut down on the screaming and funny voices for a bit you've strained your vocal cords no doubt!. Gargle with some warm salt water to help ease and loosen them!. If you have a fever get yourself to the doctor!.

Have you checked strep throat!? I had it once and didnt know what it was and I thought I was dying!. Check with your doctor b/c it's not normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
