I Get Dizzy Everytime I Get Sick?!

Question: I Get Dizzy Everytime I Get Sick!?
Since last year, I have gotten dizzy EVERYTIME i have gotten sick!. This is really getting bad!. The dizziness usually sets in in the middle or after the symptoms of the sickness dissapear!. The dizziness can last up to a few days to a few weeks!. This is seriously hindrancing me for i cannot do many things with how bad it can get!.

I have NO idea why i get this and the doctors are so useless that unless I know what is wrong with me, they can never do anything to help (i seriously have to figure out my health problems by myself for them to be of any use)!. I know i wont be able to drive like this and with how often i get sick, it could really hindrance me at work (the sicknesses usually arent that bad)!. There hasnt been a single sickness, no matter how small, that this has not occured!.

What is going on!?!? Does anyone suffer from this, know anyone that suffers from this or has any idea what is causing this and how it can be dealt with!? I really need some advice and help here!.!.!.

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like vertigo!. I suffer from it too, but it's mostly an allergy thing, I think!. My doctor tried prescribing an antihistamine, but that actually made it worse!. Mine is due to fluid in my middle ear accumulating due to allergens!. Yours might be different though!. There are a couple of things that have made it better for me!. First, I got off all medications, including birth control!. I also stopped using harsh chemicals around my home!. It sounds silly, but all those things were affecting me, and I was getting vertigo more often!. Second, if I do get an attack--which I haven't had in a while--I take a double dose of original benadryl!. It might make you sleepy, but when you have vertigo, you can't really do much anyway, so why not sleep!? Take it as soon as you feel the slightest bit dizzy!. Double up on the doses for a day or 2 (2 pills at a time instead of 1), and then go back to a normal dosage!. This works for me because it helps to dry out the fluid on my ears!. If that's not the cause of yours, it might not work for you!. I had no idea I even had fluid on my ears, because I never felt any different!. All of a sudden, the room would just start spinning with no warning!.

I understand your frustration with doctors not being able to help you!. Mine didn't do much for me either!. But, you might want to see an ear, nose and throat doctor or an allergist to rule out any serious issues!. Vertigo can be a symptom of harmful conditions, so it's best to get checked out!. But, like I said, look at your surroundings first!. See if there's something that tends to bother you!. Don't take medications unless they're needed to actually keep you alive!. I never used to have allergies, but one day, I started getting vertigo!. So, good luck to you!. I hope you figure out the problem!. I know how frustrating it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suspect your referring to vertigo, rather than dizziness!. I tend to get this while sick, overtired, or changing from laying down to standing up too quickly, and it lasts for quite a few minutes!. If your heart rate races during these episodes, go see a doctor, because it's bordering on panic attacks!. My vertigo went away when I was treated for panic attacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might make sure you're getting enough electrolytes (they put them in emergen-c, sports drinks, etc!.), but personally I would try seeing a good naturopath!. Could be a vitamin deficiency like b12 deficiency which causes dizziness and tingling in the hands and feet!. Also, how's your nutrition/protein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the bodies natural way of dealing with the infection or bacteria that is causing you to be sick can cause you to feel dizzy rest and good diet is recommendedWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe its vertigo!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
