I have large buns so then ask yourself what might happen if I stood to wipe my buns! I lean forward, reach back and then ever so gently wipe from front to back, I then bring the tissue up to my face so I can get a smell of what i've left to get!. I then continue wiping until I can no longer smell poo or urine!. I hope i've been of some assistance to you!. I do love to help others!Www@Answer-Health@Com
