Question: Question about buttefyl needles!?
When the nurse draws blood with the butterfly, they wait until they see a flash of blood before they insert the vacuum tube!. My question is, why will blood flow in the needle before the tube is inserted!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
with the butterfly you will just get a flash!. that assures them they are in the vein!. but without some kind of vaccum or manually pulling the blood will just sit there!. after they see a flash they attach the tube which sucks in the blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's your blood pressure!.
But worse your person taking the blood is using a vacuum tub to draw it out asap and keep from getting themselves infected!.
Very dirty infectious way to draw blood!.
i wouldn't want them taking my blood if they practice their job that carelessly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pressure!. The blood in your veins are initially at a higher pressure and that spurt is the pressure equalizing!. The vacuum tube then sucks up the blood also because of pressure differences!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The needle is in the vein, after the flash and return of blood they then push the tube onto the needle hub!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because the needle is inserted where the blood from the vain is flowing towards so the blood flows through the needle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cause it's squirting everywhere!.!. MMMMM Tacos!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because it's like spiking a hole in a water hose!. your own blood pressure forces blood into the needle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
