Why can't I sleep at night?!
Question: Why can't I sleep at night!?
I'm a normal peron!.
And yet I can't sleep at night!.
I might lay down at like!.!.!.9, and yet fall asleep at 10!.
I'm -18 years old!.
Mom says there are other ways to get to sleep, other then sleeping pills!.

Pills are the last thing you need!.
First figure out ; what time do you have to be up in the morning!. Seems like you must have to be up at five !.
Prepare to sleep for about eight hours!.
Wear sox to bed, that's a yoga technique that works, you will kick them off in your sleep!.
Use self hypnosis, keep repeating over and over until you are asleep!.!.!." I will wake at !.!.!.!.!. o'clock, I will be completely refreshed!."
I've been using that method since I was eighteen and it is more reliable than an alarm clock!. Be sure you don't depend on it when you have only a few hours to sleep, it works for NORMAL sleep, that is when the body is normally tired not absolutely fatigued by hours and hours of activity!. Do you shower right before bed!?
Because that can actually have the effect of waking you up!.
Try a hot bath, perhaps with some lavender oil!. It relaxes your muscles better than a shower!.
Also, I know that you're against resorting to medication, but I find that half the recommended dose of paracetemol (ie!. one tablet instead of two) has the effect of calming my muscles!.
Anyway, I think that being physically relaxed is paramount for getting to sleep quickly!. If that fails, you could always resort to some kooky hypnosis or something!.

ten is not a bad hour to go to sleep!. but if you think you are not getting enough sleep try tunguska blast!. it relaxes you and help you to go to sleep guaranteed!. you also get a more restful sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
You might try reducing your intake of sugar and caffeine!. These are substances well known to cause sleeplessness!.

Go to walmart and in the baby section you can find lavendar bubble bath and lotion!. they should help you relax and sleep betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
