I would go and see the doctor tomorrow!. A sore throat that last more than 4 days could be strep!. It doesn't hurt to get test, but if you don't get it checked and it is strep, it will lead to other problems!. The only reason I know, is because I had a sore throat last year!. I didn't think much about it until I got tested and it came back positive for strep!. A dosage of antibiotics will clear everything!.

you should wait about 2 to 3 days and if not better to see your doctor!. A strep throat if you look with a flashlight in the back you will see red and white streaks and extramely sore and very hard to swallow!. Tonsillitis on the other hand you may see in your throat on each the left and right side and it will be very red and very swollen!.!.!.!.!.!.will even have excruciating pain while swallowing water!. Try to gargle with warm salt water!.!.!.!.that will help get rid of bacteria in the throat and mouth!. I would see your doctor though very soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If no other symptoms I'd personally ignore it for a few days, maybe a week!.

It could take as much as a week or two to go away!. But get a flashlight and look into your throat (in a mirror) or have someone look back there thoroughly!. If you see spots on the side white like snow, get to a doctor soon!. That's strep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on how bad it is!. I wouldn't wait longer than a few days!. It could be strep and that has to be treated!. If you have a fever, then only a couple of days!.
