Mainly its up to your genetics!.
The most thing you can do to help you reach your genetic potential is to eat healthily and suffice amounts and get lots of sleep, as this is mainly when our body grows!.
There are growth hormones too, but if your 6ft I would say it would do more harm than good taking them, as they are only really perscribed to people with a lack growh hormone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 5' tall and would absolutely love to be taller--5'6" or 7" would be perfect for me!. That would also stretch out lot of the extra fat I carry!.
Being too short is much more aggravating than been as tall as you are, but being too tall is as aggravating as being too short!. Why would anybody want to be taller than 6'!? I think that's about perfect for a guy!. Otherwise you have to hurt your back bending over when you dance, take a shower, walk through doorways, etc!.

This question is a waste of time and space!. The only way your going to grow taller is if your 6 ft at age 14 and a male!.!.!. you have til 23 to grow!.
