Answers:
An asthmatic person suffering an attack will be gasping for breath and wheezing!. You need to have the person sit down, check to see if they have their inhaler and if not call an ambulance for them right away!. Severe asthma attacks can be fatal and they require immediate medical attention!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. First thing you do is ensure that their airway is patent, meaning lay them down with their head tilted back a little, but not too much!.
Second thing, is to ensure that they are breathing on their own, and not too rapidly or slowly, assist if needed with a BVM!.
Third thing is to give medication, orally if necessary and available or through the use of needles!.
When the above is all exhausted, place a endotracheal tube down their throat and breathe for them, so they don't become hypoxic!.
Wait until the medication can take effect, which should be immediate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have asthma if it is the winter time when the air is obviously colder tell them to sit down and put the face in their shirt and breathe the warm air from their body heat and take their inhaler call 911 if that doesn't work sometimes that works in the summertime too but have then sit down and take their inhaler or lay down whichever is more relaxing always call 911 if nothing is workingWww@Answer-Health@Com
