Question: Do I have the common cold or something else!?
My throat hurt yesterday, and last night I had a really broken sleep!. This morning I woke up and my nose was stuffy, my throat kind of hurts, and I'm having aches and pains that I usually get with a cold!. Is this a cold or something else!? Also, I have a theatre preformance today, and I HAVE to go, so how do I relieve the symptoms!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a cold, but could be the start of strep throat!. Take an over the counter flu med that doesnt cause drowsiness to get through the performance tonight and rest all day tomorrow!. Then call the DR if your not better by monday!. Again I am not a dr but thats what I would do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
most likely a cold!.!.!.if the sore throat persists for more than about 5 to 7 days, go see a doctor!. you may have strep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
