Question: Getting stronger/excersizes !?
im a 12 yr old girl who is going to turn 13 at the in june!. i am a softball player and a pitcher but i don't have much arm muscle and i know that it would be easier to pitch if i had more arm muscle, like im goo at pitching but if i had arm muscle it would help alot! also i really would like the have stomah muscle becuase its almost the summer and i am an average weight for my age and hight but i look kinda stupid w/ a bikini on because i have like no stomach muscle!. also to help with piching would be leg muscle and i have like almost no leg muscle also!.
so if anybody has any technices, excersizes tips or anything to help me get leg, arm and/or stomach muscle would be great! websites are also great! thanks so much!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with simple jogging 2-3 miles every other day!. I wouldn't really suggest using weights at your age!. The jogging should increase your leg and abdominal muscles, along with your endurance!.

Get your coach or someone who knows about weights to instruct you in lifting weights!. Resistance training is the best way to get stronger!. Check out the library if you can not find a knowledgeable person to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
