No, I am not overweight (fat) /out of shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The actual cause of stitches is unknown and therefore there is no solution unfortunately!.

I personally think that it has something to do with the muscles in our diaphram becoming stressed by the sudden and rapid increase in our rate of breathing!.

Kinda like when you don't warm up properly before running and pull a muscle in your leg!.

The muscles tighten and you find it harder to breathe and the pressure also effects your stomach and causes pain!.

So, i'd suggest stretching your lungs before running!.!.!. try inhaling to your lungs maximum capacity and really force it in, hold it, and then slowly release to its absolute minimum capacity!. Repeat it several times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're just out of shape and not fit!. If you can't jog, then just walk until you get more fit!. I wouldn't "run" though!. Keep it aerobic so you are getting enough oxygen all the time you exercise!. Look online on how to figure out your athletic training heart rate, and stay in that range because it's dangerous to exercise beyond that!. As soon as you start feeling bad in some way, like your vomiting and side aches, stop and just walk!. Try looking for an author online called "Covert Bailey" and look for a website called "Fit or Fat!." It was a book Bailey wrote that describes how to figure your training heart rate!. If you can't find that, try finding it somewhere else!.Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try stretching your stomach/abs before running, like lay on your stomach and bring your shoulders up like in yoga or something and bring one arm at a time over your head and lean one way!. that might sound a little confusing!. also try not eating a while bfore you run!. like if your running at 4 dont eat after lunch at 12 or 1!. and eat healthy foods like fruit before running nothing sugary unless its GU running gel or something
it also could be caused by you running too fast- just pace yourself and run slow
look up stretches online
its kinda hard to explain to someone without you being right next to me while im demonstratingWww@Answer-Health@Com

I get these to when I first start running!. Once I build up my endurance and train for a while, it goes away!. I think it means you are just a little bit out of shape!. That is what my coach tells me when I get pains like that!. Don't worry, if you keep working at it, it will go away eventually, but if not, I would probably talk to a professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because you're unique!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might not be getting a lot of oxygen to your side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
