Could Senator Kennedy's "seizure" have been convulsions?!

I had a friend who was an alcoholic who experienced convulsions, or seziures that were alcohol or drug induced!. Her doctor told her she was not epileptic, but epileptoid!. I don't understand the difference, but she never had seziures unless she was drinking or using!. Anybody have an idea about this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
