Is it considered molestation?!

well my friend was at her cousins cottage during the summer, with part of her family just like every summer!. she says one of her cousins was touching her in ways she felt uncomfortable throughout the whole weekend!.!. but he would do it subtly!. like she was getting into a canoe with him, and he was trying to 'help her', and he had his hand on her ***!. when they were at an island on the lake, they were joking around and he picked her up over his shoulder and had his hand on her crotch!. and when they were in the kitchen the next day, she asked him to get a cup out of the cupboard for her because she couldn't reach!. so he did, and while doing so, he pushed her up against the counter with his body!. and he also was "joking around"after that and got ontop of her on the couch, and just did things like this through the whole weekend and she didn't think it seemed like anything he would usually do at all, she felt reallly uncomfortable for the whole weekend and depressed because of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
