Question: Fingernails hurting a lot!?
so i was doing a lot of work with a shovel for my parent garden and now my fingernails are killing me why are they hurting and wut can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Where you,ve been digging so much (repetative strain) you have affected the tips of your fingers, these are delicate areas, because thats where the nerve endings are in your hands!. in a day or two, they,l be back to normal, in the meantime try dipping your finger tips alternately in cold then warm water for a few minutes, then applying a moisturiser in your hands, hope you feel better soon lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
