For how long!?!?!? If its been over 3 days!.!.!.!.see a doctor, specially if it also involves vomiting!.!.!.!.!.If its today!.!.!.!.I would say Immodium helps alot with cramping and loose bowel!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
