Can you be fighting a bacterial or viral infection even if you don't know it!

Question: Can you be fighting a bacterial or viral infection even if you don't know it!?
And if so, would that mean that taking antibiotics every so often just for the hell of it, would help wipe out the bacterial infections you may have and not know!? And making sure to constantly try to stay healthy, because you may be fighting a viral/bacterial infection!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't want your immune system to ever sleep as there are always virii and bacteria around that would be delighted to move in on you!. HIV knocks out the immune system and people with HIV have to worry about all kinds of opportunistic infections!.

But that's not a reason to casually take antibiotics!.

First of all, antibiotics do nothing against a virus!. Antibiotics only kill bacteria!. But not all bacteria are bad!. There are a large number of bacteria that live in your gut that help you digest your food!. When you take antibiotics, you kill off those good bacteria, and when you stop taking the antibiotics, bad bacteria just might move into your gut in their place!. It is very common for antibiotics to cause an upset tummy!. Yogurt "with active cultures" is something people eat to try to re-establish the good bacteria in their gut!.

But taking antibiotics when they aren't really appropriate is even worse for you and the world then that! Antibiotics don't kill off 100% of the bacteria!. The strongest of the bacteria can survive, so casually taking antibiotics is a way to run a selective breeding program to use Darwinian selection to develop stronger antibiotic-resistant bacteria!.

And then there is the matter of where are you getting these antibiotics from!? When you have a prescription for antibiotics, it is important that you take the full course of the treatment to be sure the infection is killed as completely as possible!. Don't stop just because you are feeling better!. If you've followed those instructions, then there should be no antibiotics left over for abuse some other day!.

Many medicines, when left in the cabinet too long merely lose their strength, but some antibiotics when left in the cabinet too long actually become poisonous, so don't take medicines that are past their expiration date!

I hope I've convinced you to treat antibiotics with respect and not to take them just for the hell of it!. But yes, you should do what you can to stay healthy!. Eat right, drink clean water, strive to keep your skin intact, wash your hands often with warm water and soap, get all the recommended vaccinations and booster shots on schedule - all those things that your Mom has probably been telling you for years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your immune system will fight for the bacteria!.
Antibiotics cannot protect your body all the time!.
You know taking too much antibiotics will cause you to fungal infection!.
If you have no infection by bacteria or virus, don't take antibiotics!.
The antibiotics will help only when you have infection by bacteria or virus!.
Our body immune system is great!. So don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The problem here is that by taking anti biotics on a regular basis could help and aide in creating an immune strain of diseases that would devastate the population of the world!. A better way is to eat healthy foods, get plenty of rest and avoid unhealthy areas!. Also exercise and fresh air is very important to healthy life styles!. Most medications only fight the illness' symptoms, not the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you could have a slight infection and not know!. Taking antibiotics every so often will not wipe it out!. You need a steady dose for a 10 - 14 day period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sure!. white blood cells have to fight bacteria in your body to try to prevent any damage to your immune system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
