It depends on how each drug affects you!.!.!.!.!.Percoet is stronger than Vicodin!. In my case, Vicodin best treats my pain without me feeling nauseous!. Medically though, I believe a half of a 375 mg Percoet would be stronger than a whole 500mg Vicodin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
