Question: How do i hold my poop in!?
because i go to school i'm in the 7th grade i get bad stomach aches and liek when i sit down it hurts!. how do i hold it in without going to bathroom in school cause it is embrassing when you poop and someone comes in and says EWW what smells!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have to relieve yourself!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.than you should go!. It is very bad to hold it in when your body tells you that you need to go!. Try eating different foods!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.otherwise deal with the fact that we are all human and we all have to go!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.so if someone walks in!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.hey!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.they don't smell like roses!.!.!.!.!.!.and we all poop! These are a couple of good ideas, don't hold it in, it will cause you problems later in life!. I would carry a small bottle of perfume or body spray in my purse and spray the bathroom before I had a bowel movement or while having one so that if anyone came in it would not smell so bad!. You can get generic knockoff bodysprays for little of nothing and if it makes you feel better not to have a bad smell in the bathroom it would be worth the money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There's no way to hold it in forever!. When you really have to go, you just have to go or you'll end up going in your pants!. Just use the bathrooms like every other normal person, and if someone is like, "what smells!? eww!!" just say, "i don't know, it was like this when I came in, gross huh!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com
