Question: How long does it take for a spain foot to heal and what the best way!?
Answers:
Depends on how bad the sprain is!. If its just a mild sprain, it should be better in a few days, maybe a week!. More severe sprains, ones involving partial or full thickness ligamental tears will likely take weeks, sometimes months to heal properly!.
The best thing to do is to try to keep off of it as much as possible for the first few days!. Ice at least 3 times a day, for around 15-20 minutes at a time, and elevate it when you can!. A stiff soled shoe will probably help as well!. NSAIDS, like Motrin, can be used to help with inflammation and pain!. most sprains will heal, with rest, on their own!. Trying to do too much too soon, as I have stupidly done in the past, will only delay the healing process or make things worse to the point that surgery is something that needs to be considered!.

If you a gross deformity, gravity dependent bruising (blood settles down into the webs of your toes, spreads other places than the immediate site of the injury), or you are still hurting a week from now, I would go to the doctor and get it checked to make sure there isn't an occult fracture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of the healing depends upon you!. If you do what the docs say!. It could be fast!. If you don't rest or ice and elevate then you might be out for longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not sure!.!.!.but I'd take a French kiss over a Spain foot any day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
