Honestly, I think it's always going to be hard wether you are clean for two weeks or two years!. I used to be clean for a year and 8 months but then some things happened to cause a relapse!. However, I do have to say that the urges are less often than usual, but they are still there!. It's an addiction just like alcohol or smoking, and getting over it "cold turkey" is going to be very hard and time consuming!. People that I know who have been recovered for years still say that they get that temptation but they've learned how to deal with it!. You just have to find someone you can fully trust to help get through it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
