Vitamin tablet overdose?!
Question: Vitamin tablet overdose!?
I have taken a whole tube (15) of Berocca tablets and about 20 "Centrum Performance" tablets tonight!. Both have well over the RDA of certain vitamins in a single tablet!
What side effects can I expect in the morning and what's the best way of coutering those side effects!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
