is childline like cps!? child protective services!? please if you do report , make sure you know what your doing !.!.cps has powers above any law it seems , even cops say they are over zealous !.!.thats saying alot !!Make sure of what you are doing before you tear a home apart !.That it truly is in the best interest of the child !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
