well, you know i don't remember the names i forgot we learned in bio class!. you know caffeins have particles that are released once it gets in your body and those are fake that doesn't last long enough to keep you fresh from sleep!. so the body stop making those "actual" particles because they got the message that there are particles coming from somewhere without having to produce it!. so they stop making them!. the particles are needed to keep you happy i mean when ever you drink coffee your mood is lightened!. correct!? so yeah when more particles comes from your coffee the more uuum i don't remember the name but it's like a cap with long thread that is produced to keep the particle inside!. so there are one cap for each particle which is many because there are lot's of particles!. so anyways, yeah when you drink coffee you are releasing false message to your brain that the particles are coming from outside so the body doesn't have to make them!. but as i said earlier the particles doesn't last long enough, so when it's gone, your caps are hungry because they need particle inside each of them to keep you happy!. actually i hope i didn't confuse you i don't remember the name for the particles sorry!. and yes one more thing you know before ever drinking coffee, you know there are actual particles that your body made inside you!. so when if there is small amount of it, the caps release the particles back and forth!. let's say the caps are on the right side so they release the particles to the left then it comes back!. so when it is released to the left, you are happy and when it goes back to the caps you are gloomy!. these messages are sent by your brain ofcourse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
