I keep getting ill, whats wrong?!
Question: I keep getting ill, whats wrong!?
I keep getting ill every 4-6wks, whether its a cold, or worse, but its not just a sniffle I ended up in bed for days the last three times!. I exercise daily, I am a Personal Trainer, and I do not overdo it!. I eat a really good diet, and I always make sure to wash my hands after the loo etc, and after being in the gym(god knows what bugs harbour there) Could it be excess Candida Bacteria, which I have heard causes low immunity, and stomach bloating(i get if I eat white bread/pasta), I also tend to suffer with that (in the female area!!!!!)
Sorry for the descriptives! I did try eating more probotics(activia) but it gave me the S***sWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you're feeling unwell because of a gluten/wheat and dairy hypersensitivity!. I have colitis so I know first hand the effects of hypersensitivity allergys, I feel shitty, I get the shits and gas, feel tired, wiped out and depressed!.
Candida can contribute to food sensitivities because of the toxins it releases, making your intestines more permiable and easy for undigested proteins to get absorbed whole causing an immune reaction, also know as an allergy!.
So try a gluten free diet and dairy free diet, which includes lots of rice, veggies and meat!. Should be easy if you're a personal trainer eating well eh!? I'm on this diet cause of my colitis and it's worth the changes just to feel better!. Go to a natural health food store and check out their diary free and gluten free items, personally I love rice pasta, it tastes just the same as wheat pasta!.
Heres a site that gives a description of food sensitivites: http://www!.wellnesstips!.ca/food%20sensit!.!.!.

I would suggest eliminating wheat and other gluten products from your diet!. This has helped me tremendously!.
I used to have similiar symptoms!. I've been gluten-free for about 3 months now and I feel 100% better!. I sleep better, have more energy and don't have the aches and pains that I used to accept as a part of my life!. It's been great!. If, after 3 onths you don't feel beeter, try another food group - like dairy!. I know this is time consuming and a bit difficult, but you will probably find that something you are eating is causing your body not to absord nutrients properly and you are deprived of something important!. Make sure that you are getting all of the vitamins you need, by eating clean foods or by supplements!.
