I can't get rid of a headache?!

Get your eyes tested!.
If you've drunk lots of caffeine, drink less!.
If you've not drunk any caffeine and you normally do have a coffee as it might be withdrawl headaches!.
Drink water, but not too much!.
Get rest!.
Try to destress!.

You might be suffering from what is called "cluster migraine" or perhaps tension headache!. Write down the activities that you do when your headaches come on, and keep track of how long they last and the time of day they come on!. Your Dr!. might suggest a CT of the head or other radiology procedures that might help diognose your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its probably a migraine!.
Drink a couple of glasses of water and maybe eat something then turn off your tv, computer, etc, and completely black out the room and try to get a couple of hours sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you are taking too much!. You can get a Rebound headache!. Do you need glasses!? It could be sinus or allergies!. Call your Dr!. I would not try to remedy myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
