Question: Anything to help a really bad cold!?
I have ar really bad cold - sore throat, runny nose, cough, bad headache and my ears hurt!. I've been chewing on airwaves, drinking honey and lemon, wore a jumper today (even though it was super hot)!. I have been eating and drinking, what else can I do!?!
Also at night I think everything builds up or something but I wake up really bunged up and feeling worse than ever!. Plus I have my English literature exam tomorrow, so I need to be in top shape for that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
