LOL, I'm not sure!. For some reason when I was younger I wanted to be able to split my fingers like Spock (dorky, I know) so I just would curl them around another for a long time and eventually I was able to do it!.
Maybe try paying very close attention to the muscles you use to blink, and then look in a mirror and hold one eye open and try to blink!. Try, try, until you can only use the one muscle independently, rather than both sets!. Just a theory, I've never NOT been able to wink!. Good luck!.!.!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
