Question: Is it safe to take mature multivitamins!? The ones intended for 50+ year olds!?
My grandfather died a couple months back and I'm looking to take a multivitamin!.!. I've been taking the ones he used to take for the past few days, but i just realized today they're for seniors and say "mature" on them!. I dont really want to buy some of my own(they're expensive!) but are they even safe to take for an 18 year old!? Whats the difference, anyway!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
There is usually not much difference!.
Mature compositions might contain a bit more calcium!.
It is mostly just a marketing ploy!.
There are only a few vitamins that are toxic if you take to many!. and you would need to eat truckloads of pills to have a problem with them!.
All of the other vitamins and minerals your body just dumps out as waste if it has to much of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to WalMart and buy their generic Eqaute multimitamin!. Check out all the ingredients!. For one thing, you need iron, and there's no iron in the Seniors!. Iron anemia is very common!. I bet you'll see a lot of other differences!.
