Should I, or should I not take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplament?!


Question: Should I, or should I not take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplament!?
There is so much conflicting information about vitamins out there!.

I have heard reports that say they are great for you!.

Other reports say they could be bad for you!.

And still other reports have said that when you take them they basically go right through you and do little or no good at all!.

So what's the story on multi-vitamin and mineral supplaments!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on how well you eat!. if you are well nourished and eat the "right" foods ie!. veggies, meats, milks, breads and fruits!. then i would not worry about multi- vitamins!. but if you are like me then you might take them!. i never get enough fresh veggies or fruits!. also i skip 1-2 meals per day often!. check out webMD!.com or the USDA's web site for the food pyramid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure, we are all entitled to our own opinion!. I think that we need to supplement our diet with supplements!. If you buy cheap or drug store or brands at the grocery store!. They have not been rated very well!.

What you should be looking for is a brand that is pharmaceutical grade not food grade!. You can get good information in the link that is attached to this answer!. This book will be comparing all kinds of different brands!. Pick the best one and then give them a try!. Keep taking them for at least six months and you will know!. If one does not work or you don't notice a change!. Try another one!.
