Why do peoples necks start looking old before their face?!


Question: Why do peoples necks start looking old before their face!?
the skin gets loose!. i see it on people on tv, politics, even my own family members!. Once they hit almost 60 their necks start to sag or get wrinkley!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
