Question: How easy or hard is it to catch a cold from someone else!?
Hi , i currently have a cold and feel like crap but i have to drive my sister into hospital to visit her twins that were born premature , every day and then pick her up as well , i dont want her to get it , i dont kiss her or anything will she catch my cold , i caught the cold from my sister so she couldnt see her babies for a week would she get it back !?!?xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just avoid contact, even shaking hands can give someone a cold!. There have been many studies about how colds get transmitted from person to person but some people have theories about colds being psychosomatic and having to do with how a person feels, emotionally speaking!. I have noticed that I am more prone to colds when I am not feeling too happy!. If your sister's kids were born premature she might not be feeling perky, and might be prone to catching cold, so keep her spirits up and focus on the positive stuff!.

you should stay away until you get better!. It all depends on the persons immune system but even if she don't get the cold again she is still a carrier and you don't want to take the chance of those babies getting sick!.!. Hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
