Okay, I am desperate for help!. It is 4:45 in the morning!. My husband is snoaring so loud I cannot sleep!. We do not have a spare bedroom or a sleepable couch(just recliners) which I cannot seem to sleep in very comfortably!. My 3 year old will be waking up around 7 and I am going to be so tired!. If this was once in a while, it would be no big deal!.!.!.but it is every night!. My husband is sleep apnec, will not wear a CPAP and will not diet to loose weight!. I am becoming a irritable parent and I am not sure what to do!. I do not have a babysitter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your husband won't for himself than he needs to for YOU!. Has he had a sleep study!? Been told sleep apnea can kill if not treated!? What an example he is settign for your child!? Perhaps HE needs to be woken up, told he is keepign you awake and make HIM get up a few nights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take your husband to the doctor, I know someone who went to the doctor, was told to clear out their nose with 'Sinu Relief' each night, and now doesn't snore anymore!.
Also, maybe you need to sleep during the day!. If this isn't possible, maybe put child to bed later because then they will wake up later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay, I have sleep apnea so I know what you are talking about!. As I was growing up my mother had it!. She was like a freight train!. Well I am taking measures to lose weight and I will be getting my cpap machine at the end of the month!. This is what my husband and I do!. Is your house big enough that you have an extra room somewhere!. My husband and I have seperate rooms that we sleep in!. We love each other very much!. If we had to sleep in the same room for another night are marriage would have been in trouble!. I was keeping him up so he was keeping me up and I have to get up at 6:00 and my husband has to get up at 7:00!. Sometimes it does bother me that we can't sleep in the same room anymore!. Then I think about the Heck we were going through and I wouldn't go back!. So the two of us just are lovier during the day!. It has worked out all around!. We get to sleep!. He is sweeter when we are awake!. My 3 year old also loves it because, he can sneak in the middle of the night and sleep with me!. When my husband slept in there my son was getting to big to fit!. Now if the dog would just go sleep with my husband everything would be perfect!. good luck!!!!!!!!!!
