according to the red cross, in general, it is possible to donate every eight weeks or so, but different states have different limits on the frequency within a 12-month period!.

i had to wait 3 months to donate again, i live in oklahoma, but they wouldnt let me give blood again because i got a tatoo from oklahoma!. you have to wait 1 full year untill you can donate blood again after you get a tattoo from a state that has not been checked for "federaly recognized" by the blood doneing places!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
