I also starting smoking about that same and and found the same thing happening to me!. I slowly cut down the number of smokes I had a day by only giving myself and allowance of cigarettes, and every week I cut it down by a few more!.

I found that the less I smoked the less I wanted it and vs!. versa, so instead of paying medical bills to a dr!. who is just going to tell you to quit and its bad for your health (duh), just try slowing it down and only allowing yourself so many a day!. Or cut back by not smoking in your "main" smoking areas (mine was the car)

If you want to quit smoking you might consider talking to your doctor abouta medication called Welbutrin!. It is an anti-depressant, but since you are not depressed it will have no such action!. However, the side effects will remain one of which is a unique ability to curb smoking completely!. It can take anywhere from two weeks to two years to start working, but when it does start working you'll probably never want to smoke another cigarette again!. My mom used to smoke 2 packs a day and started taking Welbutrin 9 years ago!. It started to work after 3 1/2 months, and she has had zero cravings since then and hasn't smoked a single cigarette!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're not eating an alkaline diet with lots of fruits and vegetables you should try that!. A lot of smokers have a high acidic diet with fatty fried refined foods, if you eat more alkaline foods the nicotine stays longer in your body and it's easier to quit that way!. You said it's like your body can't get enough nicotine so that might be the reason why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well thats really up to you!. as for me i have seen WAY too many people with emphazema and other problems and have been to way too many funerals of people in their 40's dying of emphazema and lung cancer and that has always been enough to keep me away from it!. and even if i did smoke id quit in a heartbeat after the things ive seen!. you need to just force yourself to look at how aweful it is and i bet it will be alot easier to quit!. do you have kids!? Do you want to live long enough to see grandkids!? think about things like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

You know the answer!.!.!.!.!.Yes!. Some day you will wake up and your face will look 10 years older, you wont be able to walk a flight of stairs and you will need oxygen!. I am recently on the road to quit!.!.!.!.It has taken me 10 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes i think u should get professional help,I think thats an excessive amt for the body, you are young still,I am guessing you want a healthy live when you get older,so take the steps now because you might suffer in the end and thats not what you want!.I wish you the best of luck in your journey to getting better, its gonna be tough, but trust in yourself to have the will power!!
