i have a fractured bone and i am really upset and depressed i have to be in it for 4 weeks!! and i am a very compeptive gymnast and not being in gymnastics for that long will break my heart! please help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Omg the same thing happened to me, only im a soccer player!.
Recently ( like last week) I fell and i fractured my foot, i knew i did i just didnt go to the doctor because there was no way that i'd be able to play with a cast on my foot!. But i played the soccer game with a bandage wrap and some icey hot!. I fell again on the same foot, and fractured it even more!. lol That'll teach me my lesson!. It was just that i was sooo determined and i had my heart on winning this game!.
So i feel your pain, it really hard, but your gunna have to sit this one out!. B/c you dont wanna hurt yourslef more like me!. =)
