Are body piercings permanent?!
Question: Are body piercings permanent!?
I have my ears done!. If I keep my earrings out for a few months they still don't close!. And I don't want them to!. However, I heard that most other piercings will close!. If I got my back done!. Along the spine, about 10 rings all the way down!. Would they close!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have tons of piercings and its my passion!.No piercings are NOT permanent!.If you leave them out they will eventually close and the scar will fade somewhat good!.And yes if you got your back done they would probly reject!.Places like backs,neck,legs,arms usually reject because those areas are just very different then the face and ears!.If you got it done it would reject within a week!.But it still is pretty intill then!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you leave them out too long, yes, because the skin on your back is different than the skin on your ears, and because piercings can cause infection, your back will want to heal itself to protect your spine and whatnot!. Perhaps if you let them heal for a year or two before taking them out they will stay open for a few hours, but they'll probably close after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
