I have never heard such rubbish!. Just because Harvard says something doesn't mean it's absolutely right!. Not all research is good!. Read the small print, it could be that ONE person in the middle of mexico drinks 700 litres of milk a week and just got osteoporosis, not that if you drink too much you will definately get it!.

Take it with a pinch of salt my dear, there will be another one coming around the corner shortly which proves otherwise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you drink milk for calcium true! but it will never be absorbed into your bones unless you have vitamin so there is no point in drinking milk for calcium if you never go out into the sun because the sun which provides vitiman D helps it absorb the calcium into your bones and you cant get a source of uv through a window =[ but you ead is the best place for the sun's vitiman D to be absorbed i hope i helped=]Www@Answer-Health@Com
