Answers:
I have a few times!. If I'm having a hard time trying to get to sleep I start to feel suffocated or panicked!. If that happens I usually get up to watch something on TV or get a drink to calm me down and then go back to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually that does happen to me!. I have been told that its symptoms of asthma!. I only get that way when its really humid outside!. It feels like someone is sitting on my chest!. I make it go away by sniffing a vicks vapor rub things!. Its a little chapstick size tube that you buy at the pharmacy and its for clearing your nasal passages!. Just use it a couple times!. Your problem may be something else, and you may want to ask your doctor whats going on!.

Yepp I've felt it before!.
I'm not sure what causes it, but right when I'm on the brink of sleep and awake, I feel like I quit breathing for about 3 seconds and I'll jump!.
Very annoying!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This feeling is usually caused by sleep apnea, I would go to a sleep study and see if you have that!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
