Answers:
The color of the vomit does say something!. If she was vomiting last week and is vomiting this week too, despite not feeling bad last week, it sounds like there is either a possibility of an eating disorder taking place or a virus or food poisoning!. Vomiting can also mean other things too, none of which can be figured out online!. The best thing to do is to tell your parents what you have said here and encourage them to take your sister to the doctor as soon as possible!. There could be some sort of tear, virus, eating disorder or who knows what!. Her condition could be minor or serious!. Please tell your parents or other adult what's going on so that your sister can get the help she needs!. In the meantime, encouraging your sister to drink fluids, preferably something with electrolytes to replace lost essential fluids, such as Gatorade, will help prevent her from becoming dehydrated!. If she ends up having to go to the hospital and they have to insert an IV, it will be very uncomfortable for her if they have trouble finding a suitable vein due to dehydration and have to keep poking her to find a good vein!. Whether or not she goes to the hospital, dehydration is always a possibility when a person vomits a lot!. Still, because you don't know what is causing the vomiting, the best thing to do is for your parents to contact a doctor and get medical advice as to what she should or should not eat or drink in the meantime!. I wish your sister all the best and hope she gets to feeling better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The color change is a concern!. Black vomit can mean that something is bleeding!. You don't say how old you are!. Is there someone home that can drive her to the ER!? You'll want to take a pail or bag in the car in case she vomits again!. The Drs!. might want to see the vomit, so save it!. Gross, I know, but it might help!.

I hope she's feeling better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes the color is a concern, you should also take her to the doctor tonight to prevent dehydration, they will give her an IV if she isn't keeping down fluidsWww@Answer-Health@Com
