Anyone had a sore throat from swollowing pills?!

I've been taking pills for 2 months and I've been lying down to sleep straight after taking them, when I later discovered you're meant to stand up for at least 30 mins after taking them because they can cause irritation in your throat!.

So I've been off these pills for a few days and my throat still feels like something is stuck inside it! When should the pain go away!? thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
